The Polio Database is a specialized thematic database focused on poliomyelitis, developed and provided by the Public Health Science Data Center under the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This database offers two query functions: regional-based query and age-group-based query, and provides epidemiological data, case statistics and other relevant information related to poliomyelitis. Poliomyelitis, commonly referred to as infantile paralysis, is an acute viral infectious disease that primarily affects children.
