Pharmacogenomic Polymorphism Analysis of Indigenous Ethnic Minorities of Sino-Tibetan Language Family in Guizhou
收藏资源简介:
Dataset for the manuscript entitled “Pharmacogenomic Polymorphism Analysis of Indigenous Ethnic Minorities of the Sino-Tibetan Language Family in Guizhou” (submitted to Human Genomics, Submission ID: d7a9d124-77f9-44c3-8dbf-d519619774d1). This dataset contains pharmacogenomic polymorphism data derived from 512 healthy individuals representing 12 indigenous ethnic minorities of the Sino‑Tibetan language family in Guizhou, China. All data were generated using 5.5× low‑coverage whole‑genome sequencing. Detailed supporting information is available in the manuscript’s Supplementary Tables: S1: Frequency of common potentially deleterious variants in the Sino‑Tibetan (ST) population S2: Frequency distribution of potentially deleterious variant sites across global populations S3: Pharmacogenes associated with potentially deleterious variant sites S4: Detailed information on drug metabolic pathways S5: Information on 4,589 clinically annotated SNPs This dataset provides a valuable genetic reference for the implementation of precision medicine among ethnic minority populations in southwest China.
