The goal of our study is to determine if Hnf4a is required for the formation of proximal tubules during kidney development. Method: Hnf4a floxed allele was deleted in the mouse kidney using Osr2Cre. Mouse kidneys at P0 were collected and subjected to RNA-seq analysis Examination of 4 groups; two controls (Hnf4a c/+ ; Osr2Cre) and two mutants (Hnf4a c/c ; Osr2Cre)
本研究旨在明确肾脏发育过程中,Hnf4a是否为近端小管形成所必需的基因。实验方法:通过Osr2Cre工具敲除小鼠肾脏中的Hnf4a floxed等位基因。收集出生后第0天(P0)的小鼠肾脏并进行RNA测序(RNA-seq)分析。本次分析共设置4组样本:两组为对照组(Hnf4a c/+;Osr2Cre),两组为突变组(Hnf4a c/c;Osr2Cre)。
