Transcription profiling of the Hnf4a mutant mouse kidney by Osr2Cre

The goal of our study is to determine if Hnf4a is required for the formation of proximal tubules during kidney development. Method: Hnf4a floxed allele was deleted in the mouse kidney using Osr2Cre. Mouse kidneys at P0 were collected and subjected to RNA-seq analysis Examination of 4 groups; two controls (Hnf4a c/+ ; Osr2Cre) and two mutants (Hnf4a c/c ; Osr2Cre)本研究旨在明确肾脏发育过程中，Hnf4a是否为近端小管形成所必需的基因。实验方法：通过Osr2Cre工具敲除小鼠肾脏中的Hnf4a floxed等位基因。收集出生后第0天（P0）的小鼠肾脏并进行RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析。本次分析共设置4组样本：两组为对照组（Hnf4a c/+；Osr2Cre），两组为突变组（Hnf4a c/c；Osr2Cre）。
