金义保税区作为浙江发展国际贸易的重要载体，为进出口企业提供冷库仓储管理服务，依托金义保税区冷库仓储管理服务可实时获取企业货物的入库数据、保质期数据，应用于企业货物冷链存储的保质期预警分析，有助于及时提醒货主掌握货物保质期状态和提前预警保质期风险，进而为货主和保税区优化出库管理提供数据支撑。1、数据采集：从金义综合保税区物流管理系统实时采集冷库仓储的企业货物出入库信息数据； 2、数据处理：对采集到的数据进行清洗，按照货物维度进行汇总，对报关单、提单号数据进行匿名化处理； 3、数据加工：根据库存货物的入库时间、计划出库时间和保质期信息计算库存货物的出库预警指数K=min[（当前时间-入库时间）/保质期,（计划出库时间-入库时间）/保质期]； 4、数据应用：通过计算并分析企业出库货物预警指数K的大小，分析企业的货物在保质期或计划出库时间内的出库风险（K小于50%为无预警，K在50%~80%之间为中度预警，K在80%以上为高度预警。
Jinyi Bonded Zone, an important carrier for the development of international trade in Zhejiang Province, provides cold storage warehouse management services for import and export enterprises. Real-time access to enterprise cargo inbound data and shelf life data can be obtained via these services, which are applied to shelf life early warning analysis for cold-chain stored goods. This system enables timely reminders for cargo owners to grasp the shelf life status of their goods and issue early warnings of potential shelf life risks, thereby providing data support for both cargo owners and the bonded zone to optimize outbound logistics management. 1. Data Collection: Real-time collection of enterprise cargo inbound and outbound information data from the logistics management system of Jinyi Comprehensive Bonded Zone. 2. Data Preprocessing: Clean the collected data, aggregate it by cargo dimension, and anonymize the data of customs declaration forms and bill of lading numbers. 3. Data Calculation: Calculate the outbound early warning index K for inventory goods based on their inbound time, planned outbound time and shelf life information, with the formula: K = min[(current time - inbound time)/shelf life, (planned outbound time - inbound time)/shelf life]. 4. Data Application: Analyze the outbound risk of enterprise cargo within the valid shelf life or planned outbound period by calculating and evaluating the value of the cargo's outbound early warning index K. The risk grading criteria are as follows: K < 50% indicates no warning; 50% ≤ K ≤ 80% indicates moderate warning; K > 80% indicates high warning.
