The intestinal microbiota modulates colon cancer tumorogenesis

Transplantation of the microbiota from individuals with or without CRC into germ-free mice shows that the microbiota harbored by non-diseased individuals can reduce tumor formation. This BioProject includes 16S rRNA gene sequencing of fecal transplanted mouse communities, single-cell RNA sequencing of immune cells within MC38 tumors during B. uniformis treatment, and AOM-induced intestinal tumor metatranscriptomic sequencing.
