DNA sequence and BEAST XML files for multi-locus phylogenetic analysis of the cestode Arostrilepis

These files include zipped archives holding single-locus DNA sequence alignments used for model selection and phylogenetic analysis of the cestode genus Arostrilepis. Archives represent alignments with and without an outgroup included. Also included are the BEAST XML files built using these data to complete StarBEAST2 analyses on these data. A species identification file (ArostGrps_BEAST.txt) is provided for StarBEAST analysis.
