Syngas biomethanation trickle bed reactor microbiome

This study aims to monitor the changes in microbial community composition in a trickle bed reactor for syngas biomethanation when subject to different operational conditions (gas composition, gas flow...). It also looks at the stratification of the microbial community along the height of the reactor, which correlates with the gas consumption profile.
