Dynamic changes in gene expression profile during differentiation of iPS into MSCs

Analysis of gene expression profile at different developmental stages of MSCs. iPS cells from human fibroblasts are differentiated into MSCs undergoing primitive streak and mesoderm. Results provide important information of dynamic changes in gene expression profile during MSC development. Total RNA is obtained from human fibroblasts, iPS, primitive streak, mesoderm cells, MSCs and bone marrow MSCs. Different stages of cells are compared with iPS cells.
