Supplementary research materials for the manuscript "A failure-informed, locked tissue rule from host genes of translated small open reading frames rules in hepatocellular carcinoma in cirrhosis: a prespecified 53-cohort study in gastrointestinal cancer". The archive contains the time-stamped analysis plan, the append-only amendments file (amendments A1-A11) and the lock log with SHA-256 hashes, all analysis code, the locked classifiers (including the first and redesigned nine-pair liver rules) and gene-level results. All underlying expression data are public (TCGA, GTEx, CPTAC, GEO, CELLxGENE, ENA) and are not redistributed here; accessions are listed in the Supplementary Tables of the manuscript.
