Utah BLM Monuments and NCAs

This polygon feature class represents the spatial extent and boundaries of the BLM National Landscape Conservation System (NLCS) National Monuments, National Conservation Areas and Similar Designations in Utah. Features included in this data set have been designated under either Public Law or Presidental Proclamation. National Monuments included are: Bears Ears (Proclamation 10285) Grand Staircase - Escalante (Proclamation 10286) Jurassic (Public Law 116-9, Sec.1252) National Conservation Areas included are: Beaver Dam Wash (Public Law 111-11, Sec. 1975) John Wesley Powell (Public Law 116-9, Sec. 1118) Red Cliffs (Public Law 111-11, Sec. 1974)本多边形要素类表示美国土地管理局（Bureau of Land Management, BLM）国家景观保护系统（National Landscape Conservation System, NLCS）下辖犹他州境内的国家纪念地、国家保护区及类似划定区域的空间范围与边界。本数据集收录的要素均依据《公法》或总统公告划定设立。所涵盖的国家纪念地包括：熊耳（Bears Ears，总统公告第10285号）、大阶梯-埃斯卡兰特（Grand Staircase-Escalante，总统公告第10286号）、侏罗（Jurassic，《公法》第116-9号第1252条）。所涵盖的国家保护区包括：比弗坝溪（Beaver Dam Wash，《公法》第111-11号第1975条）、约翰·韦斯利·鲍威尔（John Wesley Powell，《公法》第116-9号第1118条）、红崖（Red Cliffs，《公法》第111-11号第1974条）。
