高压电力装备多物理场仿真模型的准确性直接关系到装备的绝缘设计、安全评估与工程应用。为支撑高压电力装备多参数优化设计及可视化性能评估技术研究,本文汇交并整理了一套高压电力装备真机验证实验数据集。数据集来自于在西安西电变压器有限责任公司、全球能源互联网研究院有限公司及中国电力科学研究院有限公司开展的现场实验,涵盖 35.5 kV 真型变压器、40.5 kV 油浸纸电容式交流变压器套管及 21.25 mH 桥臂电抗器三类典型高压装备。数据内容包括关键检测点的电场强度、温度及流速测试结果,以及对应的传感器安装示意图和现场测试图像文件。实验过程严格依据相关国家标准执行,通过多工况、多测点方式获取稳定可靠的实测数据,用于与多物理场仿真结果进行对比验证。该数据集可为高压电力装备多物理场仿真模型校核、参数优化及工程应用提供重要实验依据,具有较高的科研与工程应用价值。
The accuracy of multi-physics simulation models for high-voltage power equipment directly correlates with the insulation design, safety assessment and engineering application of the equipment. To support the research on multi-parameter optimal design and visual performance evaluation technology for high-voltage power equipment, this paper collects and organizes a physical verification experimental dataset of high-voltage power equipment. This dataset is derived from field experiments conducted at Xi'an XD Transformer Co., Ltd., Global Energy Interconnection Research Institute Co., Ltd. and China Electric Power Research Institute Co., Ltd., covering three typical high-voltage equipment categories: 35.5 kV full-scale transformers, 40.5 kV oil-impregnated paper capacitive AC transformer bushings, and 21.25 mH arm reactors. The dataset includes test results of electric field intensity, temperature and flow velocity at key detection points, as well as corresponding sensor installation schematic diagrams and on-site test image files. The experimental process is strictly implemented in accordance with relevant national standards, and stable and reliable measured data are obtained through multiple operating conditions and multiple measurement points, which are used for comparative verification with multi-physics simulation results. This dataset can provide important experimental basis for the verification of multi-physics simulation models, parameter optimization and engineering application of high-voltage power equipment, and holds high scientific research and engineering application value.
