Positive Bayes factors indicate support for the model in the columns across the top, negative values for the model in rows to the left. S: symmetric transition rates without gamma, SG: symmetric transition rates and gamma, A: asymmetric transition rates without gamma, AG: asymmetric transition rates and gamma.
