Replication timing for the replication fountains

This dataset includes replication timing of WT K562 cells and cells with or without 600 nM Aphidicolin treatment. Overall design: Cells were treated with or without 600 nM treatement for 16 hours, BrdU for 1 or 3 hours, Hochest33342 for 30 minutes, and then sorted into 6 fractions, according to the DNA content. After that, genomic DNA was isolated and applied for Repli-seq analysis.
