Identification of glucose-regulated lncRNAs in triple-negative breast cancer cells

To comprehensively identify the glucose-regulated lncRNAs, we have employed ArraryStar LncRNA Microarry discovery platform to detect lncRNA expression in glucose-starved and glucose-stimulated triple-negative breast cancer cells. Differentially expressed LncRNAs with statistical significance were identified through Volcano Plot filtering between two groups. Glucose-induced lncRNA expression in MDA-MB-231 cells was measured at 4 hours after exposure to 25 mM glucose. Three independent experiments were performed at each condition (- or + glucose) using different batch of cells for each experiment.
