Purpose: This dataset contains the Crude Rate of Low Weight Births (Singleton) / All Singleton Births Per Colorado Census Tract (2020-2024). Numerator and denominator data are calculated from the 2020-2024 Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Colorado Live Birth Statistics. This dataset supports the CDPHE Community Health Equity Map application. Update Schedule and URL: This dataset is updated annually (September) and is provided using death data directly assembled from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Colorado Live Birth Statistics.
