RNA-seq analysis of transcripts expressed in PMCs and other cells of the Strongylocentrotus purpuratus embryo at the mesenchyme blastula stage. Strongylocentrotus purpuratus

PMCs and other (non-PMC) cells were isolated from the mesenchyme blastula stage of the S. purpuratus embryo. RNA was extracted from both samples and RNA-seq was performed to identify transcripts enriched in PMCs at the mesenchyme blastula stage. Two biological replicates were performed using embryo cultures derived from two separate matings.
