Collection Scheme: The spare parts inventory data of CSSC Marine Power Technology Service Co., Ltd. is collected, and data analysis and prediction are conducted through the developed software and soft component models. For Type A spare parts, the (S-1, S) inventory strategy is adopted for prediction; for Type B spare parts, the (T, S) inventory strategy is adopted for prediction; for Type C spare parts, the (Q, R) inventory strategy is adopted for prediction.
