Transcriptomic analysis of the hippocampal dentate gyrus in a mouse model of Alzheimer's disease

This BioProject contains bulk RNA-seq data generated from the hippocampal dentate gyrus of 5xFAD mice, a mouse model of Alzheimer's disease. Lentiviral vectors were stereotaxically injected into the dentate gyrus to modulate neural stem cell activity or AMP-activated protein kinase-related signaling pathways. Hippocampal tissues were collected four weeks post injection, and transcriptomic profiling was performed to assess gene expression changes associated with experimental manipulations.
