Transcriptome data of chicken liver response to HS+ST

Based on the phenotypic results,we learnt that under heat stress conditions, the body produces a more intense immune response to Salmonella infection, and in order to explore the changes in gene expression during this process, we selected 8 chickens randomly from each group for comparative transcriptome analysis. The transcriptomes of the HS+ST and CTL groups of the two breeds(Beijing-You chickens and Guang Ming No. 2 broiler line B) were compared by RNA-Seq analysis.
