Deep protease profiling of activated neutrophil protease signatures

This project involves high throughput sequencing of 5-mer phage display libraries to profile the substrate specificities of neutrophil serine proteases cathepsin G, elastase, and human proteinase 3, as well as the proteolytic activity in the supernatant of activated neutrophils.
