Areas under mountain supervision

In the case of areas under mountain supervision (Section 69(1) of the Federal Mining Act), supervision of these areas is subject to the competent authority (LBGR). Mining supervision shall cease after the completion of the final operating plan or the relevant orders of the competent authority have been issued at the time when, in the light of general experience, it is no longer likely that the operation will cause risks to the life and health of third parties, to others, to mining operations and to deposits whose protection is in the public interest or to public health.针对处于矿山监管范畴内的区域（依据《联邦矿业法》（Federal Mining Act）第69条第1款），此类区域的监管工作由主管当局（LBGR）负责实施。矿业监管将在以下两种情形之一发生时终止：一是最终运营方案完成；二是主管当局发布相关命令，且此时根据通用实践经验，该采矿作业已不可能再对第三方的生命与健康、其他相关主体、采矿作业本身，以及受公共利益保护的矿床或公众健康造成风险。
