通过Ansys Workbench 2020R2进行烧结炉和涂层炉温度分布仿真建模,通过瞬态仿真获取的模型数据。一行数据代表一个瞬态时步炉内各个区域的温度。其中烧结炉区域为27个。涂层炉区域数量为4个。数据可以指直接导入数字孪生系统中。孪生系统运行中通过实体局域区域温度对应的瞬态时步,就可以获取相应的其他区域温度数据。存储到云服务器的ftp文件目录中。
Temperature distribution simulation modeling for both the sintering furnace and coating furnace was conducted via Ansys Workbench 2020R2, with model data acquired through transient simulation. Each row of data represents the temperatures of all zones inside the furnace at a single transient time step. Specifically, there are 27 zones for the sintering furnace and 4 zones for the coating furnace. This dataset can be directly imported into digital twin systems. When the digital twin system is running, given the transient time step corresponding to the temperature of a specific local zone of the physical entity, the temperature data of other relevant zones can be obtained accordingly. The dataset is stored in the FTP file directory of the cloud server.
