Section 8 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014 requires FOI bodies to prepare and publish as much information as possible in an open and accessible manner on a routine basis outside of FOI, having regard to the principles of openness, transparency and accountability as set out in Sections 8(5) and 11(3) of the Act.《2014年信息自由法》（Freedom of Information Act 2014）第8节规定，信息自由（Freedom of Information，简称FOI）机构需参照该法第8(5)条与第11(3)条所规定的公开、透明与问责原则，在日常工作中以开放且便于获取的形式，尽可能编制并发布各类信息，且相关发布工作需独立于信息自由申请程序之外。
