ATAC-Seq and RNA-Seq Sequencing of Pangenome Pilot Samples

This project contains functional genomics sequencing data generated for the Human Pangenome Reference Consortium (HPRC). Data types include ATAC-Seq and RNA-Seq. Data are used for functional genomic analysis and QC. The Human Pangenome Reference Consortium aims to create a collection of high-quality reference genomes that represent the genetic diversity of the human population. This data is for a pangenome benchmarking pilot project involving samples HG00621, HG00741, HG01952, HG01978, and HG03516.
