Whole-genome sequencing and pDST were performed on 49 M. tuberculosis clinical isolates to investigate resistance to BDQ, DLM, PMD, and LZD. Results highlight discordance between WGS and pDST and suggest novel resistance mechanisms not captured by current WHO catalogues.
