The dataset mainly covers the creepage distance of electronic pressure controllers and relevant detection data for safety evaluation. By analyzing these detection data, we can verify whether the creepage distance of electronic pressure controllers complies with safety standards, thereby preventing potential safety hazards caused by excessive creepage distance during the use of the devices. With real-time data updates, we can acquire and monitor the creepage distance of electronic pressure controllers of various models, ensuring the safety of product usage.
For data processing: First, collect and consolidate the model names, curved surface lengths and input voltages of various electronic pressure controllers. Then, compare the calculated creepage distance value with the standard creepage distance value to determine whether the electronic pressure controller of this model is qualified. The calculation formula is (0.7 * curved surface length) / input voltage = creepage distance. The standard value is a value derived by enterprises through calculations based on factors such as material category, insulation coefficient and creepage distance during product testing. If the calculated value is smaller than the standard value, the product is judged as unqualified; if the calculated value is greater than or equal to the standard value, the product is judged as qualified.
