The file is in format .asc. The data was obtained with Origin.The file is Fluorescence intensity maps made with a home-built fluorescence confocal microscope equipped with SPCM-AQRH-16 avalanche photodiode. The file is in format .sif. The data was obtained with Gwyddion.
