Gene expression changes of ochratoxin A-induced in renal cortex of rats

This study is to develop a short term and highly accurate prediction method of renal carcinogenicity based on gene expression profile of rats administrated by carcinogens. We conducted 28 days-repeated dose experiments in male SD rats with ochratoxin A, and the gene expression profiles of renal cortex were analyzed using custom microarrays.本研究旨在开发一种基于致癌物染毒大鼠基因表达谱的短期高精度肾脏致癌性预测方法。我们采用赭曲霉毒素A对雄性SD大鼠开展了28天重复染毒实验，并使用定制微阵列分析了其肾皮质的基因表达谱。
