Transcriptome sequencing of Spodiopsar sericeus

In this study, the total RNA had been extracted respectively from the brains, cerebellums, heart, liver, kidney, muscle, and testesof two male and female adult Spodiopsar sericeus. And then we mixed the RNA from ten tissues and sequenced them. We tried to discuss the following scientific questions: (1) the basic information of transcription in Spodiopsar sericeus (2)the phylogenetic relationship among Muscicapoidea, Sylvioidea, Passeroidea and Paridae in the Passerida (3)the evolutionary rate of complex I in the aves.
