This script compiles the portgen tool from the 8th DIMACS TSP Challenge and uses it to generate base instances of a given size. It then creates Recurrent-TSP instances by adding specific sections, with the visit frequency controlled by the MAX_VISITS parameter.parameter_values is for calculate the values of EOT (Estimated Optimum Tour), LOADING (L) and Tmax.The studied instances are already given.
