RNA-seq of skin tissues from WT and Cd1d KO B6 mice

To investigate the effect of iNKT deficiency in the skin, the analysis of global gene expression in the skin tissues from WT and Cd1d KO mice were performed using RNA-seq data obtained from these samples. Total RNA of ear skin tissues were isolated. RNA-sequencing was done for the transcriptomic analysis of skin from WT and Cd1d KO mice.为探究皮肤中恒定自然杀伤T细胞（iNKT）缺失所产生的影响，本研究针对野生型（WT）与CD1d基因敲除（Cd1d KO）小鼠的皮肤组织全局基因表达展开分析，所用数据来源于上述样本的RNA测序（RNA-seq）结果。实验过程中，研究人员首先分离了耳皮肤组织的总RNA，随后完成RNA测序以开展两组小鼠皮肤的转录组学分析。
