收藏资源简介:
Domoic acid (DA) is a potent marine neurotoxin that poses severe threats to seafood safety and human health. This study constructed an aptamer-modifiedneuronal cell membrane hybrid liposome(A-H@L), which exhibited excellent stability and nuclease resistance, and a significant DA adsorption capacity. In vitrostudies demonstrated that A-H@L significantly mitigated DA-induced cytotoxicity in human colon adenocarcinoma Caco-2cellsand BV2 murine microglial cells.Mechanistically, A-H@L protected Caco-2 cells through inhibiting oxidative stress, while alleviating neurotoxicity in BV2 cellsthrough restoringATPase activity and maintaining calcium homeostasis. In vivo investigations in zebrafish larvae suggested that A-H@L alleviated DA-induced toxicity possibly through mitigating dysregulation of the key calcium cycling genes Atp2a2a and Ryr2b. This study proposes a novelnanodetoxification strategy for marine biotoxin poisoning.
