Detailed Study of the Two SZ and Lensing Clusters: A2218 and RXJ0658

GTWe propose observations of two of the most Xray luminous clusters,A2218 (z0.178) and RXJ065855 (z0.32), found to be very massive. Both clustersact as gravitational lenses and feature a strong SunyaevZeldovich effect. A2218 provided the first clear SZ detection and RCJ065855 is one of two clusters for which an SZ increment is detected. Both are merging systems making the analysis of previous data difficult. XMM providing information on the temperature distribution is essential for a correct modeling. The two targets are ideal for a combined study ofthe Xray structure, lensing mass distribution, and SZ effect in moderate redshift clusters without cooling flow. truncated!, Please see actual data for full text [truncated!, Please see actual data for full text]
