Dataset for "Representations of human–elephant interactions on YouTube: Analyzing content and engagement to inform sustainable practices for wildlife tourism"

These data represent metadata and content present in a sample of YouTube videos depicting human-elephant interactions in Sri Lanka. Data are in an Excel workbook (.xlsx); the first sheet of the workbook ('Data') is the complete dataset, and the second sheet ('Variables') provides a description of each column in the first sheet.
