The transmission gearbox is one of the core components of a forklift's drive system, and its transmission efficiency is a critical indicator for evaluating gearbox performance. The transmission efficiency of a gearbox refers to the efficiency between its input shaft and output shaft, and the level of this efficiency directly affects the acceleration performance and fuel economy of the forklift. 1. Data Acquisition: Place the gearbox on a test bench, shift into gear F2, set the operating oil temperature and input speed n1, run the test setup for 1 minute, then measure and record the input torque M1, output torque M2, and output speed n2 using specialized instruments. 2. Efficiency Calculation: Compute the transmission efficiency η using the formula: η = (M2 × n2) / (M1 × n1) × 100%. 3. Qualification Judgment: If the measured transmission efficiency η meets the customer's customized requirements, the gearbox is determined to be qualified; otherwise, it is deemed unqualified.
