Using whole genome shotgun sequencing, we investigated the microbiome in first milk samples at lactation (colostrum) (M0 - month 0) and milk samples at months 2 (M2), 4 (M4) and 6 (M6) months from dairy cows (n=24). The samples (n=96) were divided into three groups based on antibiotic treatment during dry cow therapy: Noab (no-antibiotic used), cef (Cephaguard antobiotic) and Ubro (Ubro red antibiotic used).
