In the present work, we aimed to investigate the changes in total RNA expression after porcine pancreatic elastase (PPE) instillation in C57BL/6 mice. Overall design: RNAseq of murine aortic samples harvested 7 days after saline infusion (n = 4), aortic samples harvested 1 week after PPE infusion (n = 4) and aortic samples harvested 2 weeks after PPE infusion (n = 4) was performed.
