DS1-DS4_alignments

Concatenated alignment of our data, from DS1 to DS4. DS1 is all the concatenated data in nucleotides, in DS2, all the coding genes have been translated to amino acids, in DS3, the nucleotide sites in the non-coding genes belonging to the fastest gamma rate category have been removed, and in DS4 the nucleotide sites in the non-coding genes belonging to the *two* fastest gamma rate categories have been removed.

本研究数据集包含DS1至DS4四组拼接比对序列。其中DS1为全部核苷酸形式的拼接比对数据；DS2中所有编码基因均已翻译为氨基酸序列；DS3移除了非编码基因中属于最快伽马速率类别的核苷酸位点；DS4则移除了非编码基因中属于最快的两个伽马速率类别的核苷酸位点。
