DS1-DS4_alignments

Concatenated alignment of our data, from DS1 to DS4. DS1 is all the concatenated data in nucleotides, in DS2, all the coding genes have been translated to amino acids, in DS3, the nucleotide sites in the non-coding genes belonging to the fastest gamma rate category have been removed, and in DS4 the nucleotide sites in the non-coding genes belonging to the *two* fastest gamma rate categories have been removed.

本数据集涵盖DS1至DS4四组拼接序列比对结果。其中，DS1为全部核苷酸序列的拼接数据集；DS2中所有编码基因均已被翻译为氨基酸序列；DS3移除了非编码基因内属于最快伽马速率类别的核苷酸位点；DS4则移除了非编码基因内属于最快两类伽马速率类别的核苷酸位点。
