Utah Natural Gas Service Areas Approx

Last Update: 07/17/2026 UGRC is working with Division of Public Utilities (DPU) staff to maintain this data layer and include all natural gas supplying utilities within Utah. The purpose is to show where Natural Gas is currently available or potentially available. Existing natural gas service lines were originally buffered to depict approximate service areas. Additional service areas changes have been made based on data provided by DPU. The approximate polygons were standardized to H3 Hexagons at level 8 by selecting and merging hexagons that intersected the source data.
