资源简介:
For each scenario, 500 trajectories were simulated from multi-state correlated random walk and used to estimate population level state-specific selection coefficients. Means (), minimums and maximums ([min; max]) of 100 Spearman rank correlation are reported for each movement mode and both observed and random steps. Average travelled distances were calculated using step length and log-transformed step length coefficient estimates (see S1 Appendix).
