Circular economy
收藏资源简介:
In this study, we were interested in investigating consumers’ attitudes towards and knowledge of circular consumption. Among other things, we asked about the lifespan of products, repairs, buying second-hand and renting items, as well as about their knowledge of their rights. We also asked questions about sustainability information, marketing, and purchasing pressure. Extending the lifespan of our belongings is good for both the environment and our wallets. Repairing, buying second-hand, and renting items that we do not use often helps us buy fewer new products. Strong consumer rights, such as the right to file a complaint, can encourage manufacturers to take responsibility and produce products with a longer lifespan. This is good for the planet, our wallets, and our conscience. The Norwegian Consumer Council has conducted similar studies in 2019, 2021, and 2023. Where relevant, we examine how the answers have developed compared to previous years.
