(1) "MIR_HOPC_heterodyne_spectral_data_2026_figure3.txt"The data consists of the intermediate frequency, the relative intensity of the spectra (raw signal, filtered signal, and modeled signal for comparison) in Figure 3. The noise intensity is also included. (2) "MIR_HOPC_heterodyne_spectral_data_2026_figure4a.txt"The data consists of the intermediate frequency, the brightness [K] of the modeled spectrum in Figure 4a. (3) "MIR_HOPC_heterodyne_spectral_data_2026_figure4b.txt"The data consists of the intermediate frequency, the brightness [K] of the spectra (raw signal, and filtered signal) in Figure 4b. (4) "MIR_HOPC_heterodyne_spectral_data_2026_figure5.txt"The data consists of ID for the number of measurements, DC [mV] for the horizontal axis, and Tsys(system noise temperature) for the vertical axis. //////////////////////POINT OF ATTENTION////////////////////// The spectra were taken at the laboratory measurements in Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan.
