本数据产品数据来源为普洱市医院信息系统数据，项目收集了普洱市66家医疗机构（5家三级医疗机构、30家二级医疗机构、31家一级及以下医疗机构）的全病历数据，涵盖病案首页、电子病历、检查检验报告、医嘱、费用明细、费用结算、医保结算等数据，再进行数据治理、加工形成高质量的医疗数据产品。本产品为医疗器械供应链分析，通过挖掘采购、生产、物流、库存等环节的关联数据，为供应链采购提供数据支撑。

This medical data product is sourced from the hospital information systems of Pu'er City. The project collected comprehensive medical record data from 66 medical institutions in Pu'er City, including 5 tertiary, 30 secondary, and 31 primary and lower-level medical institutions. The collected data covers medical record homepage, electronic medical record, examination and laboratory test reports, medical orders, expense details, expense settlement, and medical insurance settlement. After undergoing data governance and processing, a high-quality medical data product is finally formed. This product is developed for medical device supply chain analysis, and provides data support for supply chain procurement by mining associated data across links such as procurement, production, logistics, and inventory.
