To guarantee the food safety of seafood, strict detection of inorganic arsenic content is mandatory. The dataset primarily covers the inorganic arsenic content in various seafood products and relevant detection data for safety evaluation. Based on such detection data, we can determine whether the inorganic arsenic level in seafood complies with safety standards, so as to prevent seafood safety incidents caused by excessive or non-compliant inorganic arsenic. Real-time updates of the dataset enable real-time monitoring of the entire production process of seafood, further ensuring its safety. For data processing: Aggregate the collected names of different seafood varieties and their corresponding inorganic arsenic contents, then compare the measured inorganic arsenic content of a seafood sample with its corresponding standard limit to judge whether the variety is qualified. The formula for calculating the excess ratio of inorganic arsenic content is: (Seafood inorganic arsenic content - Standard limit of seafood inorganic arsenic content) / Standard limit of seafood inorganic arsenic content = Excess ratio of seafood inorganic arsenic content
