Certhidea Genotype Data

Raw microsatellite genotype data generated from both historic museum samples and modern blood samples. Both lab reference numbers and museum reference numbers for historic specimens are noted. Alleles are coded as number of repeat units.

本数据集包含从馆藏历史标本与现代血液样本中提取的原始微卫星基因型数据（microsatellite genotype data）。所有历史标本均同时标注了实验室编号与博物馆馆藏编号。等位基因以重复单元的数目进行编码。
