This study identifies molecular changes in hematopoietic stem cells harvested from wild-type C57BL/6 mice following acute or chronic IL-1 exposure in vivo. RNA-sequencing analysis of pooled mouse SLAM cells (HSC enriched fraction, defined here as LSK/Flk2-/CD48-/CD150+). Each datafile represents a biological replicate derived from SLAM cells sorted from pools of 3-5 mice.
