针对位于项目示范单位金川集团选矿厂一选车间浮选系统关键设备及流程收集了用于选矿浮选过程在线质量分析与优化控制技术开发的原始数据，包括浮选泡沫层厚度仿真数据、浮选泡沫图像数据、浮选品位数据、浮选药剂数据以及浮选协同控制数据。其中，（1）浮选泡沫层厚度仿真数据由模型变量表和模型计算数据组成，变量表来自于理论模型结构，计算数据来自与模型计算，变量表格式为.xlsx（12 KB），计算数据格式为.csv（50.7 MB），该组数据支撑浮选建模理论研究；（2）浮选泡沫图像数据由浮选泡沫图像数据和浮选泡沫层计算数据组成，图像数据和计算数据均来自于浮选泡沫图像分析仪，图片数据格式为.bmp（2.8 GB），计算数据格式为.csv（215 MB），该组数据可支撑碎磨流程矿石质量特性的判断；（3）浮选品位数据由浮选在线品位测量数据组成，数据来自于X荧光品位分析仪，数据格式为.csv（4.02 MB），该组数据支撑浮选在线品位分析及控制技术；（4）浮选药剂数据由浮选流程药剂添加数据组成，数据来自于现场加药机集成系统，数据格式为.csv（96.3 MB），该组数据支撑浮选在线控制技术；（5）浮选协同控制数据由控制变量表及精矿波动数据组成，规则表来自于控制规则制定准则，指标数据来自于生产考察，规则表格式为.xlsx（9.45 KB），指标数据格式为.csv（9.91 KB），该组数据支撑浮选过程控制实施以及控制效果。

This dataset collects raw data for the development of online quality analysis and optimal control technologies for mineral processing flotation processes, sourced from key equipment and processes in the first flotation workshop of the concentrator of Jinchuan Group, a project demonstration unit. The collected data includes flotation froth layer thickness simulation data, flotation froth image data, flotation grade data, flotation reagent data, and flotation cooperative control data.

1. Flotation froth layer thickness simulation data: Composed of a model variable table and model calculation data. The variable table is derived from the theoretical model structure, while the calculation data comes from model computations. The variable table is stored in .xlsx format (12 KB), and the calculation data is in .csv format (50.7 MB). This dataset supports theoretical research on flotation modeling.

2. Flotation froth image data: Composed of flotation froth image data and flotation froth layer calculation data. Both types of data are collected using a flotation froth image analyzer. The image data is in .bmp format (2.8 GB), and the calculation data is in .csv format (215 MB). This dataset can support the assessment of ore quality characteristics in the comminution and grinding process.

3. Flotation grade data: Consists of online flotation grade measurement data, which is acquired from an X-ray fluorescence grade analyzer. The data is stored in .csv format (4.02 MB). This dataset supports online flotation grade analysis and control technologies.

4. Flotation reagent data: Composed of reagent addition data for the flotation process, sourced from the on-site chemical feeder integrated system. The data is in .csv format (96.3 MB). This dataset supports online flotation control technologies.

5. Flotation cooperative control data: Composed of a control variable table and concentrate fluctuation data. The control rule table is derived from control rule formulation guidelines, and the index data comes from production investigations. The rule table is in .xlsx format (9.45 KB), and the index data is in .csv format (9.91 KB). This dataset supports the implementation of flotation process control and the evaluation of control effects.
