WI-FI RSSI Indoor Data Set

RSSI data is collected to test the indoor performances of proposed filtering techniques, measurements are carried out in two different indoor areas. Data is collected at 4m × 5m and 4.95m×9.45m sized test beds, which were set up in different locations at Kadir Has University, Istanbul. Wireless access points are located around the corners of the test beds and markers are placed at every 50 cm and 45 cm in TB1 and TB2, respectively. RSSI measurements are stored via NetSurveyor program running on a Lenovo Ideapad FLEX 4 laptop, which has an Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260 Wi-Fi adaptor. At each measurement point, RSSI data is collected for 1 min with a sampling interval of 250 ms.
