M-E.GARMENTCODEDATA is a garment sewing pattern dataset jointly created by King Juan Carlos University and Adobe Research, updated based on the original GARMENTCODEDATA. It contains 18,000 modified 2D sewing patterns, with specially added annotations for industrial-grade multi-edge seam connections. This dataset characterizes sewing edges using geometric features including local shape descriptors and topological attributes, aiming to address the non-standardized pattern and multi-edge seam issues that traditional methods cannot handle. The dataset is primarily applied in the field of automated garment assembly, supporting sewing relationship prediction based on geometric inputs, and advancing the development of digital garment creation workflows.
